• Direct-coupled screw block: Motor and airend coupled directly — no belts to tension or replace.
• 380 l/min (13.4 CFM) at 10 bar: Enough for a continuously running tool line or a small production cell.
• S1 continuous duty: Rated to run without a duty cycle, unlike a piston machine of comparable output.
• Receiver 2 × 100 l: Two 100 l AD 2000 receivers, a refrigeration dryer and a condensate conditioner for oil-water separation.
• Electronic control: Charge / idle cycling, automatic on/off, programmable standby, hours counter and service-interval display.
• Oil heat exchanger and anti-condensation heating: Hold oil temperature in its working band and suppress condensate in the circuit.
• Oil separator cartridge: Separates oil from the delivered air, easing downstream filtration.
• 65 dB(A), IP 54: Quiet enough for the shop floor; the drive motor tolerates dust and splash water.

• مبادل حراري للزيت وتسخين مانع للتكاثف: يُبقيان درجة حرارة الزيت ضمن نطاق التشغيل ويمنعان تكوّن المتكاثفات في الدائرة.
• خرطوشة فصل الزيت: تفصل الزيت عن الهواء المُنتَج، فيقلّ العبء على الفلترة اللاحقة.
• 65 dB(A) وحماية IP 54: هادئ بما يكفي لأرضية الورشة؛ والمحرّك يتحمّل الغبار ورذاذ الماء.

Operation & Control

التشغيل والتحكّم

• Charge / idle cycling: The controller loads and unloads the airend against demand instead of restarting the motor.
• Direction-of-rotation monitoring: Permanently monitored — reverse rotation damages a screw airend, and supply points change.
• Freewheel valve: Releases excess air during continuous running, keeping the airend off its pressure limit.
• CONDOR pressure switch: Industrial-grade switching, not a consumer component.

• دورة تحميل / تفريغ: تُحمّل وحدة التحكّم وتفرّغ الضاغط حسب الطلب بدل إعادة تشغيل المحرّك.
• مراقبة اتجاه الدوران: مراقبة دائمة — الدوران العكسي يُتلف وحدة الضغط اللولبية، ونقاط التغذية تتغيّر.
• صمام تفريغ حر: يصرّف الهواء الزائد أثناء التشغيل المستمر فيبقى الضاغط بعيداً عن حدّ الضغط.
• مفتاح ضغط (CONDOR): تبديل بمواصفات صناعية لا مكوّن استهلاكي.

سلامة المشغّل وجودة التصنيع

• IP 54 drive motor: Protected against dust and splash water — built for a working shop floor.
• Phase inverter on the plug: Phase sequence corrected at the plug; no rewiring when the supply point changes.
• Accessible oil drain plug: Oil changes are quick and clean, so service intervals are actually met.
• 201 kg, 1200 × 900 × 1250 mm: Sound pressure 65 dB(A) at 1 m per DIN 45635 T 13.

• محرّك بدرجة حماية IP 54: محمي ضد الغبار ورذاذ الماء — مصمّم لأرضية ورشة عاملة.
• عاكس الطور في القابس: يُصحَّح تتابع الأطوار عند القابس؛ فلا حاجة لإعادة توصيل عند تغيّر نقطة التغذية.
• سدادة تصريف زيت سهلة الوصول: تغيير الزيت سريع ونظيف، فيُلتزم فعلياً بفترات الصيانة.
• 201 kg، 1200 × 900 × 1250 mm: مستوى ضغط الصوت 65 dB(A) على بُعد 1 m وفق DIN 45635 T 13.
