Screw Air Compressors

Rotary screw compressors for workshops and production lines that need air continuously rather than in bursts. A piston machine cycles and needs recovery time; a screw airend turns without interruption at 100% duty — It suits laser cutting, paint lines, CNC machining and any process that stalls if pressure drops.

The range runs 240 to 15,900 l/min (8 to 562 CFM), 7 to 16 bar and 2.2 to 90 kW on a 400 V three-phase supply. Tank-mounted versions carry 22 to 500 L receivers, hot-dip galvanised and certified to AD 2000. All are sound-insulated, the quietest at 58 dB(A), and refrigeration dryers can be factory-fitted.

Which series fits your work

ACS — the entry point. Compact tank-mounted units around 3.5 kW for one workshop with steady, modest demand. Available with a matched dryer or twin tanks.
A-MICRO / A-MICRO SE — ribbed belt, 2.2 to 5.5 kW. Start-stop control stops the motor rather than idling it when demand falls, which is where the saving sits at this size. The 2.2 kW models run on 230 V single-phase.
A-DUO-MICRO SE — two 100 L receivers on one safety stand. Run both for reserve volume, or isolate one so pressure builds twice as fast for chiselling and sandblasting.
A-CUBE — direct-coupled 4 to 7.5 kW in a compact standalone housing. No belt to tension or replace, EasyTRONIC MICRO II pressure-sensor control, thermostatic fan over an oversized heat exchanger.
A-PLUS — the volume range, 8 to 75 kW, ribbed belt on a slide tensioning system with EasyTRONIC IV. Built for continuous full-load duty; larger frames add a weekly timer and master/slave control.
A-K-MAX — direct-coupled 5.5 to 90 kW, LOGIN touchscreen, up to eight compressors linked as one system. From 18.5 kW the motors are IE4 Super Premium Efficiency at IP 55, permanent-magnet on variable-speed versions.
ASC-D — 16 bar variable-speed units for laser cutting, where cutting-gas pressure must hold precisely.

Sizing and specifying

Work from the air consumption of your tools, not the motor rating. Add the l/min of everything running at once, add 30% headroom, and match that against effective delivery — the figure at the outlet, not intake displacement. A heavily oversized machine short-cycles and costs more to own than a smaller one working properly.

Choose variable speed where demand swings through the day: output tracks consumption instead of unloading, cutting energy use up to 50% against a fixed-speed machine. Where demand is flat, constant speed is cheaper. Every extra bar costs roughly 8% more energy, so specify 13 or 16 bar only where the process needs it. Plan moisture treatment from the start — it is condensate, not wear, that ruins pneumatic tools and spray finishes.

ضواغط هواء لولبية للورش وخطوط الإنتاج التي تحتاج الهواء بشكل مستمر لا على دفعات. فالمكبسية تعمل بدورات وتحتاج فترة راحة، أمّا الوحدة اللولبية فتدور دون انقطاع بـحمل 100% — يناسب القصّ بالليزر وخطوط الدهان والتشغيل CNC وأي عملية تتوقّف إذا انخفض الضغط.

تمتد المجموعة من 240 إلى 15,900 لتر/دقيقة (8 إلى 562 CFM)، ومن 7 إلى 16 بار، وقدرات من 2.2 إلى 90 كيلووات على مصدر 400 فولت ثلاث فاز. وتحمل النسخ المزوّدة بخزان سعات من 22 إلى 500 لتر، مجلفنة بالغمس الساخن ومعتمدة وفق AD 2000. جميعها معزولة صوتياً وأهدؤها عند 58 ديسيبل، ويمكن تركيب مجففات التبريد مصنعياً.

ACS — نقطة البداية. وحدات مدمجة بخزان بقدرة نحو 3.5 كيلووات لورشة واحدة ذات طلب ثابت معتدل. وتتوفّر مع مجفف مطابَق أو بخزانين.
A-MICRO / A-MICRO SE — نقل بالحزام المضلّع من 2.2 إلى 5.5 كيلووات. التحكّم بالتشغيل والإيقاف يوقف المحرك بدل تركه يدور على الفارغ عند انخفاض الطلب، وهنا يتحقّق التوفير في هذا المقاس. وطرازات 2.2 كيلووات تعمل على 230 فولت فاز واحد.
A-DUO-MICRO SE — خزانان سعة 100 لتر على منصة أمان واحدة. شغّلهما معاً للحصول على حجم احتياطي، أو اعزل أحدهما ليرتفع الضغط بضعف السرعة لأعمال الإزميل والسفع الرملي.
A-CUBE — نقل مباشر من 4 إلى 7.5 كيلووات ضمن هيكل مدمج قائم بذاته. لا حزام يحتاج شدّاً أو استبدالاً، وتحكّم EasyTRONIC MICRO II بحسّاس ضغط، ومروحة بتحكّم حراري فوق مبادل حراري كبير المقطع.
A-PLUS — المجموعة الأوسع من 8 إلى 75 كيلووات، بحزام مضلّع على نظام شدّ انزلاقي مع EasyTRONIC IV. مصمّمة للتشغيل المستمر بحمل كامل، وتضيف الأحجام الأكبر مؤقّتاً أسبوعياً وتحكّماً رئيسياً/تابعاً.
A-K-MAX — نقل مباشر من 5.5 إلى 90 كيلووات، شاشة لمس LOGIN، وربط حتى ثمانية ضواغط كمنظومة واحدة. ومن 18.5 كيلووات تكون المحركات IE4 فائقة الكفاءة بحماية IP 55، ومغناطيس دائم في النسخ ذات السرعة المتغيّرة.
ASC-D — وحدات بسرعة متغيّرة وضغط 16 بار للقصّ بالليزر، حيث يجب أن يبقى ضغط غاز القصّ دقيقاً.

كيف تختار المقاس والمواصفة

انطلق من استهلاك العدد لديك من الهواء لا من قدرة المحرك. اجمع اللتر/دقيقة لكل ما يعمل معاً، وأضف 30% هامشاً، ثم قارن الناتج بـكمية الهواء الفعلية عند المخرج لا بسعة السحب. فالماكينة المبالغ في حجمها تعمل بدورات قصيرة وتكلّف أكثر من ماكينة أصغر تعمل على نحو صحيح.

اختر السرعة المتغيّرة حين يتذبذب الطلب خلال اليوم: يتبع الإنتاج الاستهلاك بدل الدوران دون حمل، فينخفض استهلاك الطاقة حتى 50% مقارنةً بماكينة ثابتة السرعة. وحين يكون الطلب ثابتاً فالسرعة الثابتة أقل كلفة. وكل بار إضافي يكلّف نحو 8% طاقة أعلى، لذلك حدّد 13 أو 16 بار عند الحاجة الفعلية فقط. وخطّط لمعالجة الرطوبة من البداية — فالمُتكثّف لا التآكل هو ما يُتلف العدد الهوائية وأعمال الدهان.

AIRCRAFT ACS 3,5-10 – Screw Compressor

The AIRCRAFT ACS 3.5-10 is a stationary oil-lubricated screw compressor in a miniature sound-insulated housing, delivering 380 l/min (13.4 CFM) at 10 bar from a 4 kW / 400 V direct-coupled drive. Rated S1 continuous duty at 65 dB(A) and just 44 kg in a 515 × 425 × 411 mm footprint — it runs continuously where a piston machine stops to cool, and fits where only a piston unit would previously go.

ضاغط هواء لولبي (كمبريسور) ثابت يعمل بالزيت ضمن هيكل صغير الحجم عازل للصوت، يقدّم 380 l/min (13.4 CFM) عند 10 bar بمحرّك 4 kW / 400 فولت ذي نقل مباشر. مصنّف للتشغيل المستمر S1 بمستوى ضوضاء 65 dB(A) ووزن 44 kg فقط وأبعاد 515 × 425 × 411 mm — يعمل باستمرار حيث يتوقّف الضاغط المكبسي للتبريد، ويُركّب حيث كان الضاغط المكبسي وحده ممكناً.
