Three-Phase Stationary Air Compressors
Piston compressors that stay where you put them, for workshops and production floors with a 400 V three-phase supply. These are the machines you build an air network around: set on vibration mounts, piped into a ring main and left to run automatically. Every unit arrives ready for connection with all fittings.
The range runs from 460 to 900 l/min of air at 6 bar, 10 to 15 bar maximum pressure, and tanks from 13 to 500 L. Drives are 4 to 7.5 kW. Both oil-lubricated and oil-free pumps are available, and sound-insulated models run as low as 63 dB(A).
Which series fits your work
- AIRPROFI H — the workhorse. Horizontal tank hot-dip galvanised inside and out with a 15-year anti-rust warranty, intercooler and aftercooler, Moll-Motor quality motor. Large tanks for maximum stored air; 75 and 100 L space-saving versions where floor length is tight, expandable later with boiler batteries.
- AIRPROFI V / VK / VKK — upright tank in the smallest footprint. VK adds a factory-matched refrigeration dryer and fine filter; VKK adds oil-water separation and automatic condensate drains. Buy the treatment with the machine rather than retrofitting it.
- AIRPROFI DUO — two tanks on one safety stand pallet. Run both for reserve volume, or isolate one by ball valve so pressure builds twice as fast for chiselling and sandblasting.
- AIRPROFI SILENT — sound-insulated housing with an intake silencer, star-delta start-up, operating-hours counter and LED fault indication. Quiet enough to stand in the working area rather than a separate plant room.
- AIRPROFI BK — auxiliary compressors that add capacity to a network you already have, covering peak demand or keeping production running when the main machine is down.
- AIRSTAR — belt-driven workshop machines with a two-cylinder cast-iron unit and toothed drive belts, available with or without AD 2000 documentation. Strong value for general workshop air.
- AIRPROFI OF PRO — oil-free, direct-coupled units. No oil in the compression chamber and none in the condensate, so they suit food handling, laboratory, dental and instrument air.
Sizing and specifying
Work from the air consumption of your tools, not the motor rating. Add up the l/min of everything that runs at the same time, add roughly 30% headroom, and match that to the filling capacity at 6 bar — not the suction capacity, which is the intake figure. A larger tank does not add air; it reduces how often the motor cycles.
Most workshop air runs at 6–8 bar, so choose 13 or 15 bar only for tyre fitting, pressure testing or tools that genuinely need it — every extra bar costs roughly 8% more energy. Order the AD 2000 version where site approval or a periodic inspection regime requires a documented pressure vessel. Plan moisture treatment from the start: it is condensate, not wear, that destroys pneumatic tools and spray finishes. Confirm your supply rating, and check door and ceiling clearance on the delivery route before the machine arrives.

- AIRPROFI DUO — خزانان على منصة أمان واحدة. شغّلهما معاً للحصول على حجم احتياطي، أو اعزل أحدهما بمحبس كروي ليرتفع الضغط بضعف السرعة لأعمال الإزميل والسفع الرملي.

كيف تختار المقاس والمواصفة
انطلق من استهلاك العدد لديك من الهواء لا من قدرة المحرك. اجمع كمية اللتر/دقيقة لكل ما يعمل في الوقت نفسه، وأضف نحو 30% هامشاً، ثم قارن الناتج بـكمية الهواء عند 6 بار — لا بسعة الشفط، فهي كمية السحب. الخزان الأكبر لا يزيد كمية الهواء، بل يقلّل عدد مرات تشغيل المحرك.
معظم أعمال الورشة تعمل عند 6–8 بار، لذلك اختر 13 أو 15 بار فقط لتركيب الإطارات واختبارات الضغط والعدد التي تحتاجها فعلاً — فكل بار إضافي يكلّف نحو 8% طاقة أعلى. واطلب نسخة AD 2000 حين يشترط اعتماد الموقع أو نظام الفحص الدوري خزان ضغط موثّقاً. وخطّط لمعالجة الرطوبة من البداية: فالمُتكثّف لا التآكل هو ما يُتلف العدد الهوائية وأعمال الدهان. تأكّد من سعة المصدر، وتحقّق من ارتفاع الأبواب والسقف على مسار التوصيل قبل وصول الماكينة.
