Air Treatment & Station Setup

معالجة الهواء والمحطة المتكاملة

• Refrigeration dryer: cools the air to drop the moisture out before it enters the pipework — the single biggest cause of pneumatic tool wear through Jordan's humidity swings.
• Fine filter after the dryer: residual aerosol and particulate are caught before the air leaves the station, and dried air exits at 1/2".
• Aftercooler ahead of the vessels: condensate drops out before the air reaches storage instead of in your tools.
• 3/4" outlet on the vessel: plus a filter regulator for stepless working-pressure setting.
• Fully automatic condensate handling: steam traps on both vessels and in the dryer feed a condensate conditioner for oil-water separation — nothing to remember at the end of the shift.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Delivered assembled on its pallet: moved into place with a pallet truck and set on its swing elements — no foundation work, no site assembly.
• Footprint 1200 × 900 mm, height 1250 mm: plan the position and the delivery route before it arrives.
• Leave access to both isolating valves: the switchable second vessel is the reason you bought this station — the ball valves must be reachable without moving anything.
• Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
• Pipework connection: 3/4" outlet — connect through a flexible section so vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• 83 dB(A) at 1 m: not sound-insulated — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection in an occupied workshop.
• 235 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
• The dryer rejects heat too: ventilation is not optional on a K or KK station — do not box it into an unventilated corner.
