Air Treatment & Station Setup

• Treatment lives on the main network: an auxiliary unit normally feeds a network that is already dried and filtered — check the tie-in point rather than duplicating treatment.
• 3/8" ball valve condensate drain: the 13 L vessel still collects water — drain it on the same schedule as the main machine.
• 3/4" air outlet with ball valve: tie straight into the ring main.
• Aftercooler ahead of the vessel: the discharge is cooled before it joins your network.
• Pressure regulator fitted: set the working pressure below the 13 bar cut-off so 10 bar equipment can share the same tie-in.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Plan the tie-in point first: an auxiliary compressor is only as useful as its connection into the existing ring main — decide where it joins, and whether a non-return valve is needed, before delivery.
• Footprint 685 × 745 mm, height 675 mm: plan the position and the delivery route before it arrives.
• Two machines, two starting loads: check that the supply can carry the main compressor and this unit starting at the same time.
• Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
• Pipework connection: 3/4" outlet — connect through a flexible section so vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• 83 dB(A) at 1 m: not sound-insulated — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection in an occupied workshop.
• 55 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
