- Refrigeration dryer AD 36 pre-assembled: removes the moisture that destroys pneumatic tools, spray finishes and control valves — factory-matched to this compressor, not sized on site.
- Fine filter downstream of the dryer: catches residual aerosol and particulate before the ring main.
- Two-stage grey cast-iron HOS pump: two-cylinder high-performance unit turning at only 950 rpm — smooth, low-vibration running and a long service life.

- معالج مُتكثّف لفصل الزيت عن الماء: يفصل Oil-water separator WOS 1 حمل الزيت عن المُتكثّف، وهو ما يحوّل التخلّص منه من مسألة خاضعة للتنظيم إلى مهمة روتينية.

- Refrigeration dryer AD 36: cools the air to drop moisture out before it enters the pipework — the single biggest cause of pneumatic tool wear through Jordan's humidity swings.
- Fine filter after the dryer: residual aerosol and particulate are caught before the air leaves the station.
- Pressure regulator: stepless setting of the working pressure at the station.
- Two outlets, two air qualities: 3/4" raw air direct from the vessel and 3/8" dried, filtered air from the dryer.
- Aftercooler ahead of the tank: the dryer is not doing the work alone — condensate is already dropping out upstream.
- Fully automatic condensate handling: automatic steam traps on the vessel and in the dryer, feeding a Oil-water separator WOS 1 oil-water separator — nothing to remember at the end of the shift.

- Footprint 1200 × 800 mm, height 1970 mm: the vertical layout buys floor space at the cost of height — measure door and ceiling clearance on the delivery route before it arrives.
- Fixed installation on vibration elements: this is a stationary machine — set once on its mounts, not wheeled between jobs.
- Delivered assembled on its pallet: moved into place with a pallet truck — no dryer plumbing, no filter mounting, no commissioning of separate components.
- Level floor matters more here: a nearly two-metre machine on a 270 L vessel needs a flat, load-bearing base.
- Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
- Pipework connection: connect through a flexible section so vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
- 83 at 1 m: not sound-insulated — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection in an occupied workshop.
- 197 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
- The dryer rejects heat too: ventilation is not optional on a K or KK station — do not box it into an unventilated corner.

- 83 على بُعد متر واحد: غير معزولة صوتياً — ركّبها في غرفة معدّات أو وفّر واقيات سمع في الورشة المأهولة.
