• Aftercooler ahead of the tank: the two-cylinder unit runs slowly and cools the air before it enters the vessel, so less condensate carries forward.
• Filter pressure regulator on the machine: dirt, oil and condensate are separated where the working pressure is set.
• Condensate drain valve plus a ball valve on the tank: drain at the end of the shift — on a powder-coated vessel this matters more than on a galvanised one.
• 3/4" air outlet: direct take-off sized for a workshop ring main.
• Add treatment where the work needs it: a refrigeration dryer, fine filter or oil-water separator fits downstream at the take-off.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Fixed installation on vibration elements: this is a stationary machine — set once on its mounts, not wheeled between jobs.
• Footprint 1960 × 600 mm, height 1210 mm: the horizontal tank keeps the footprint low and long — plan the position and the delivery route before it arrives.
• Nearly two metres of tank length: at 1960 mm this needs a clear straight run — check corridor turns, not just door widths.
• Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
• Keep the vessel dry on the outside too: a powder-coated tank is protected by its coating — avoid wet floors, standing water and knocks that chip it.
• Pipework connection: 3/4" outlet — connect through a flexible section so tank vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• 79 dB(A) at 4 m, 95 dB(A) sound power: not sound-insulated, and louder than the AIRPROFI stationary range — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection.
• 210 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
