Air Treatment & Station Setup

• Aftercooler ahead of the tank: condensate drops out before the air reaches storage instead of in your tools.
• 3/8" ball valve condensate drain: tool-free draining at the end of the shift — do it daily and the tank warranty stays meaningful.
• Flexible armoured conduit with heat protection: prevents vibration fracture on the hot line into the tank.
• Add treatment to suit the application: a filter regulator, refrigeration dryer or oil-water separator can be fitted downstream at the take-off point.
• Pressure regulator fitted: stepless setting of the working pressure below the 13 bar cut-off, so 10 bar tools can share the same station.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Fixed installation on vibration elements: this is a stationary machine — it is set on its oscillating mounts in one place, not wheeled between jobs.
• Floor space 2020 × 570 mm, height 1340 mm: the horizontal tank keeps the footprint low — plan the position and the delivery route before it arrives.
• Two metres of tank length: at 2020 mm this needs a clear straight run — check corridor turns, not just door widths.
• Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
• Pipework connection: 3/4" outlet — connect through a flexible section so tank vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• 82 at 1 m: not sound-insulated — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection in an occupied workshop.
• 300 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
