• Refrigeration dryer AD 36: cools the air to drop the moisture out before it enters your pipework — the single biggest cause of tool wear in Jordan’s summer humidity swings.
• Fine filter after the dryer: catches the residual aerosol and particulate before the ring main.
• Pressure regulator: stepless setting of the working pressure at the station.
• Two-point condensate handling: 3/8" ball valve on the tank plus an automatic condensate drain in the refrigeration dryer.
• Upgrade path to VKK: the same station is available with a condensate conditioner for oil-water separation and an automatic condensate drain.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Footprint 1200 × 800 mm, height 1970 mm: check door and ceiling clearance on the delivery route — this station is nearly two metres tall.
• Delivered assembled on its pallet: moved with a pallet truck, then set on its swing elements — no foundation work required.
• Ventilation matters more here: the dryer rejects heat as well as the compressor — do not box the station into an unventilated corner.
• Connect dried air from the 1/2" dryer outlet: feed the ring main from the dryer, not from the raw tank outlet.
• 83 dB(A) at 1 m: not sound-insulated — plan a plant room or hearing protection.
• 194 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
