Air Treatment & Station Setup

معالجة الهواء والمحطة المتكاملة

• Intercooler and aftercooler: lower the discharge temperature so far less water carries forward into the air network.
• Condensate handling sits downstream: with no receiver on board, the drain point is on the vessel or dryer you connect it to — plan that before commissioning.
• 3/4" air outlet: sized for a workshop ring main.
• Pressure regulation at the machine: set the working pressure without throttling at every tool.
• Add treatment downstream: a filter regulator, refrigeration dryer or oil-water separator fits at the take-off point where the application needs it.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Site it in the working area: at 67 dB(A) this machine does not need a separate plant room — that is the whole point of the SILENT range, and it is what you are paying for.
• Footprint 850 × 750 mm, height 1110 mm: check door width and ceiling height on the delivery route before it arrives.
• Plan the receiver before delivery: this unit ships without a tank, so the vessel, its drain and its safety fittings must already be on site.
• Do not block the enclosure vents: the radial fan needs a clear air path in and out. An enclosed compressor pushed into an enclosed corner will overheat — this is the one installation mistake that matters.
• Fixed installation: set in position on its mounts — no foundation work required.
• Pipework connection: 3/4" outlet — use a flexible section so vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• Leave access to the panels: belt tensioning, the hours counter and the LED fault display are all behind the housing — do not build the machine in.
• 255 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading — the enclosure adds weight over an equivalent open machine.

• تركيب ثابت: تُوضع في موقعها على قواعدها — دون أعمال أساسات.
• توصيل الشبكة: مخرج 3/4 إنش — استخدم وصلة مرنة حتى لا ينتقل الاهتزاز إلى الأنابيب الصلبة.
• اترك مجالاً للوصول إلى الألواح: شدّ الحزام وعدّاد الساعات وشاشة الأعطال LED جميعها خلف الحاوية — لا تحصر الماكينة بين الجدران.
• 255 كغم: خطّط لعملية الرفع ولتحمّل الأرضية — الحاوية تضيف وزناً مقارنة بماكينة مكشوفة مكافئة.
