Air Treatment & Station Setup

معالجة الهواء والمحطة المتكاملة

• Aftercooler ahead of the tank: condensate drops out before the air reaches storage instead of in your tools.
• Manual condensate drain: drain the vessel at the end of the shift — do it daily and the tank warranty stays meaningful.
• 3/4" outlet with ball valve: direct take-off sized for a workshop ring main.
• Bring your own treatment: the V trim assumes you already have a dryer or filter bank — if you do not, the VK and VKK trims arrive with it fitted and matched.
• Flexible armoured conduit with heat protection: prevents vibration fracture on the hot line into the tank.

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Footprint 780 × 680 mm, height 1870 mm: the vertical layout buys floor space at the cost of height — measure door and ceiling clearance on the delivery route before it arrives.
• Fixed installation on vibration elements: this is a stationary machine — set once on its mounts, not wheeled between jobs.
• Level floor matters more here: a nearly two-metre machine on a 270 L vessel needs a flat, load-bearing base.
• Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
• Pipework connection: connect through a flexible section so vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• 83 at 1 m: not sound-insulated — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection in an occupied workshop.
• 152 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
