Air Treatment & Station Setup

• Aftercooler ahead of the vessels: condensate drops out before the air reaches storage instead of in your tools.
• 3/4" outlet on the vessel: plus a filter regulator for stepless working-pressure setting.
• Ball valve on each vessel: drain both tanks at the end of the shift — two vessels means two drain points.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Delivered assembled on its pallet: moved into place with a pallet truck and set on its swing elements — no foundation work, no site assembly.
• Footprint 1200 × 900 mm, height 1140 mm: plan the position and the delivery route before it arrives.
• Leave access to both isolating valves: the switchable second vessel is the reason you bought this station — the ball valves must be reachable without moving anything.
• Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
• Pipework connection: 3/4" outlet — connect through a flexible section so vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• 79 dB(A) at 1 m: not sound-insulated — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection in an occupied workshop.
• 230 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
