• Clean air starts at the pump: with no lubricant in the compression chamber, downstream treatment only has to handle moisture and particulate — not oil aerosol.
• No oil-water separator required: condensate from an oil-free machine does not carry the oil load that makes disposal a regulated problem.
• Ball valve outlet: add a refrigeration dryer and fine filter downstream where instrument-grade air is required.
• CONDOR automatic pressure switch: fully automatic on/off operation.

Installation & Site Requirements

التركيب ومتطلبات الموقع

• Footprint 1810 × 600 mm, height 1160 mm: plan the position and the delivery route before it arrives.
• Nearly two metres of tank length: at 1810 mm this needs a clear straight run — check corridor turns, not just door widths.
• Oil-free units run hotter: ventilation is not optional — give the machine a clear air path and avoid a closed corner.
• Ventilation and cooling air: allow clear space around the fan and belt guard; a hot, enclosed corner shortens pump life.
• Pipework connection: 3/4" outlet — connect through a flexible section so vibration is not transmitted into rigid pipework.
• 70 dB(A) at 1 m: not sound-insulated — site it in a plant room or allow for hearing protection in an occupied workshop.
• 318 kg: plan the lift and the floor loading at the installation point.
