- Lightweight Construction: Manufactured from high-strength aluminium alloy with capacities from 30 to 140 tons and strokes up to 300 mm — up to 40% lighter than steel equivalents for improved portability.
- Hard-Anodized Durability: Body, stop ring, and piston are hard-anodized for superior resistance to wear and corrosion, extending service life in harsh environments.
- Rapid Spring Retraction: Internal high-strength pre-tensioned spring ensures fast plunger retraction in any operating position, with a built-in stop ring to prevent over-travel.
- Side-Load Resistance: Guiding bands and optional tilting saddles provide robust resistance against side loads for stable and safe operation.
- Heavy-Duty Base & Saddle: Fitted with a solid steel base plate and hardened grooved steel saddle as standard for wear resistance and stable positioning.
- Standard Coupling Included: Each cylinder comes with a female AZ3140 coupling and rubber dust cap for direct connection to LARZEP hydraulic systems.
- Quality Certified: All units are load-tested at 125% of nominal capacity and manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality processes.
- Note: Not suitable for high-cycle applications.

- معتمدة بمعايير الجودة: كل الوحدات تُختبر بحمل يعادل 125% من السعة الاسمية وتُصنع وفق معايير ISO 9001:2015.
