• Mobile two-hand console: operator must press two buttons on a mobile console to actuate the cycle — hands cannot be in the tooling zone during pressing.
• Overload protection: pressure gauge with stepless pressure adjustment lets the operator set a safe working pressure below the 30 t rated force.
• Fourfold upper guide: four-point upper guide keeps the plunger parallel to the work table — protects tools from side loading.
• Rigid welded C-frame: heavy welded C-frame absorbs cylinder reaction with low deflection — accurate, repeatable pressing.
• Fast return, controlled press: 90 mm/s return with a slower 18 mm/s pressing speed — reduces cycle time without giving up control at contact.
