Manual Rolling Operations

عمليات الدرفلة اليدوية

• Cylinders, tanks and ducting: Mild steel up to 2.0 mm × 1000 mm, from 100 mm diameter upward.
• Conical work: Conical bending factor 0.5 — halve the steel rating when rolling cones.
• Aluminium and stainless: Aluminium factor 1.2; stainless factor 0.75 and hardened rollers required.
• Wire forming: Wire of 3, 5 and 8 mm diameter can be rolled on the same machine.
