• Pre-bending to 5.0 mm: The leading and trailing edges are pre-bent on the machine — minimal flat at the seam, less trimming downstream.
• Roller speed 3.2 m/min: Sustained throughput on heavy gauge — batch times become predictable.
• Stainless and aluminium: 4.5 mm stainless and 7.2 mm aluminium; hardened rollers are required for stainless work.
• Cones and reducers: Taper capacity 3.0 mm in mild steel.
