- 3.0 mm capacity across 2050 mm: Rated in 400 N/mm² mild steel; also 2.25 mm stainless and 3.6 mm aluminium — one machine covers three materials.
- Swivelling top roller: The top roller swings clear so a closed cylinder lifts straight off — no cutting the workpiece to release it.
- Manual delivery of clamping and side rollers: Roller positions are set by hand — simple, robust, and nothing electrical to fail in the adjustment mechanism.
- Wire grooves on the clamping roller: Forms stiffened wired rims on the same machine, without a separate operation.
- Mobile control panel and foot pedal: The operator can stand where the work is, with both hands free to guide the plate.

- Roller speed 3.5 m/min: Steady, predictable feed — batch runs can be planned to a time.
- Stainless and aluminium: 2.25 mm stainless and 3.6 mm aluminium — hardened rollers are required for stainless work.
- Cones and reducers: Taper capacity 1.5 mm in mild steel; the side roller is set at an angle for conical work.
- Wired rims: Wire grooves on the clamping roller stiffen the sheet edge in the same setup.

- Foot pedal actuation: The rollers turn only on deliberate foot input — no accidental start while the plate is being positioned.
- Mobile control panel: Controls travel to the operator, so nobody reaches across a moving workpiece to hit a button.
- Welded steel frame, 1500 kg: Mass absorbs the cyclical loads of heavy-plate rolling and keeps the machine planted.
