- 6.0 mm bending capacity, 5.0 mm pre-bending: Rated in 400 N/mm² mild steel across the full 3050 mm — the pre-bend rating is what determines how flat the seam closes.

- Heavy-plate production rolling: Shells, tanks and pipe sections in mild steel up to 6.0 mm × 3050 mm, from a 330 mm minimum bending diameter.
- Pre-bending to 5.0 mm: The leading and trailing edges are pre-bent on the machine — minimal flat at the seam, less trimming downstream.
- Roller speed 5.0 m/min: Sustained throughput on heavy gauge — batch times become predictable.
- Stainless and aluminium: 4.5 mm stainless and 7.2 mm aluminium; hardened rollers are required for stainless work.
- Cones and reducers: Taper capacity 3.0 mm in mild steel.
