- Hydraulic 4-roll geometry: The plate is clamped between the top and bottom rollers throughout — it cannot slip, and both ends are pre-bent without removing the sheet, so the flat at the seam is close to nil.
- Linear hydraulic feed of side and bottom rollers: Roller positions are driven by hydraulic cylinders, not screws — consistent force on heavy plate and a radius that repeats part to part.
- Induction-hardened rollers: Roller surfaces are hardened for stainless steel work as standard — no optional roller set to specify.
- Top roller on hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox: Drive torque is transmitted to the clamping roller via cardan shafts — both rollers pull, so the plate tracks straight.
- Three digital displays: Two side rollers and the clamping roller each read out their position — the operator dials in a known setting rather than finding it by trial.
- Hydraulic equalisation system: Keeps the rollers parallel under load — the radius at the far end of a 3050 mm plate matches the radius at the near end.
- Hydraulic hinged bearing: The end bearing drops away so a closed cylinder lifts straight off — no cutting the workpiece to release it.
- Conical bending device: Cones and reducers to 4.5 mm in mild steel — supplied as standard equipment, not an option.
- Secured against overload: The machine protects itself if the plate exceeds its rating — a safeguard against an expensive roller.
- Mobile control panel and safety emergency lifeline: Controls follow the operator; the lifeline stops the machine from anywhere along the plate.

- Plate capacity is diameter-dependent: 7 mm at the 375 mm minimum diameter, rising to 9 mm at 1250 mm — the tighter the roll, the thinner the plate.
- Pre-bending: 5 mm at 375 mm, 7 mm at 1250 mm — both plate ends are pre-bent in the machine, so the seam closes flat.
- Stainless steel: 5.2 mm to 6.7 mm — the induction-hardened rollers are rated for it as supplied.
- Aluminium: 8.4 mm to 10.8 mm across the same diameter range.
- Conical work: 3.5 mm to 4.5 mm in mild steel, using the standard conical bending device.
- 250 mm top roller: Roller diameter sized to the plate rating — no barrelling across the 3050 mm width.
- Roller speed 5 m/min: Sustained throughput on heavy plate — batch times become predictable.
