• Two-hand operation: two-hand controls with foot pedal prevent single-hand actuation during a pressing cycle.
• Overload protection: pressure gauge with infinitely adjustable pressure control — operator sets a safe working pressure below the 100 t rated force.
• Cam-based end stops: adjustable cam end stops prevent overstroke on repeated cycles — protects tools and workpiece.
• Very heavy welded frame: welded steel frame absorbs the full cylinder reaction; low-flex construction for accurate parallel pressing.
• Double parallelism guides: double-guided upper beam prevents side loading of the plunger — protects tools and improves finish.
