- Beads and swages: Rolls stiffening beads into flat sheet — a thin panel gains rigidity without added weight.
- Stepped and offset edges: Forms the step needed for two panels to lap flush.
- Closing and joining edges: Prepares edges for seaming on ducting and cylindrical work.
- Curved and straight work: The stop plate guides straight runs; curved edges are fed freehand against the rollers.
- Sheet up to 1.2: Mild steel at 400 N/mm²; thinner for harder material.
