Ignition & Arc Control

الإشعال والتحكّم بالقوس

• High-frequency ignition: The arc strikes without scratching the tungsten on the workpiece, so the start of the seam is as clean as the rest of it.
• TIG pulsing 0.5 – 999 Hz: Controls heat input on thin material and improves puddle control out of position.
• AC waveform control: ac square wave, ac delta wave, ac frequency — the cleaning action on aluminium is set rather than fixed.
• Storable programs: Repeat jobs are recalled instead of re-dialled, which matters where the same part runs weekly.
• LC display operating display: Parameters are read and set on screen rather than inferred from a dial position.
• Electrode duty cycle: 60 % at maximum current and 350 A at 100% duty — the machine is rated for stick work in its own right, not as an afterthought.

• إشعال بالتردد العالي: يشتعل القوس دون خدش التنجستن على القطعة، فتكون بداية اللحام بنظافة بقيّته.
• نبض TIG 0.5 – 999 Hz: يتحكّم بالحرارة الداخلة على المعدن الرقيق ويحسّن التحكّم بالبركة في الأوضاع الصعبة.
• التحكّم بشكل موجة التيار المتردد: موجة مربّعة وموجة دلتا وتردد قابل للضبط — يُضبط فعل التنظيف على الألمنيوم بدل أن يكون ثابتاً.
• برامج قابلة للتخزين: تُستدعى الأعمال المتكرّرة بدل إعادة ضبطها، وهو ما يهمّ حيث تتكرّر القطعة نفسها أسبوعياً.
• شاشة تشغيل شاشة LCD: تُقرأ المعاملات وتُضبط على الشاشة بدل استنتاجها من موضع مقبض.
• دورة تشغيل الإلكترود: 60 % عند أقصى تيار و350 A عند دورة تشغيل 100% — الماكينة مصنّفة للحام بالأقطاب بحدّ ذاته لا كوظيفة ثانوية.
