Arc Control & Operation

التحكّم بالقوس والتشغيل

• POWER.PULS pulse arc: Pulsed metal transfer for low-spatter, controlled heat input on thin and coated sheet.
• FOCUS.ARC concentrated arc: A narrower, deeper arc for root runs and tight joint preparations.
• POWER.ARC: A stiffer arc that tolerates a longer stick-out on positional work.
• ROOT mode: Dedicated root-pass characteristic for open-gap butt joints.
• Burn-in stabiliser: Holds the arc steady as the wire burns back, which is where spatter usually starts.
• Mains voltage compensation: Output stays put when the site supply sags — relevant on a long run or a shared feeder.
• Gas cylinder to 50 l: A full-size bottle rides on the machine instead of beside it.

Cooling & Continuous Operation

التبريد والتشغيل المتواصل

• Torch cooling — water: Water-cooled torch; 5 l coolant reservoir. Sustained high-current work without a cooling pause.
• Power-source cooling AF: Forced-air cooling of the inverter itself, separate from the torch circuit — the electronics are held in their working band, not just the torch.
• Duty cycle at 40°C: 80 % at maximum current and 370 A at 100% duty — rated at 40°C, so the figure holds in a working shop, not only on a test bench.
