Arc Control & Operation

التحكّم بالقوس والتشغيل

• LCD operating display: Parameters are read and set on screen rather than inferred from a dial position.
• Adjustable choke, 0 – 10: Arc stiffness is matched to the joint instead of accepted as delivered.
• 2T / 4T torch modes: Trigger behaviour for tacking, for long seams and for controlled crater fill.
• Gas test function: Purges and checks shielding gas flow without striking an arc or wasting wire.
• Spot welding function: Timed spot mode for sheet work, without a second machine.
• Overload indicator: Warns before the machine derates itself, so a shift is planned rather than interrupted.

Cooling & Continuous Operation

التبريد والتشغيل المتواصل

• Torch cooling — water: Water-cooled torch; 5 l coolant reservoir. Sustained high-current work without a cooling pause.
• Power-source cooling AF: Forced-air cooling of the inverter itself, separate from the torch circuit — the electronics are held in their working band, not just the torch.
• Duty cycle at 40°C: 60 % at maximum current and 310 A at 100% duty — rated at 40°C, so the figure holds in a working shop, not only on a test bench.
