• Load capacity of 0.5 t: Rated at 0.5 t over a 1.5 m chain stroke, for lifting, pulling, straightening and tensioning in all directions.
• Aluminium housing: A closed high-strength aluminium housing is what brings the hoist down to 3 kg.
• Short 163 mm lever: A compact body and a short lever, at a hand force of 255 N at nominal load.
• Finely toothed gearbox: The fine tooth pitch is why so little lever force is needed for the rated load.
• Brake and drive shaft with involute splines: Involute splines transmit the torque over the whole flank rather than on a key.
• Galvanised, hardened load chain to EN 818-7: The chain is hardened and galvanised, and made to the standard.
• Chain freewheel: The unloaded chain is pulled through quickly to position the hook.
• Minimum suspension to load hook 265 mm: The closed height sets how little headroom the hoist needs, over 100 x 99 x 265 mm.
