Hardened gears and pinions run on roller bearings, the drop-forged load and suspension hooks swivel and carry safety catches, the load chain is made to DIN ISO 3077, and the painted steel housing measures 162 x 147 x 317 mm at 10.8 kg net. It is the lightest hoist of the series and the only one that lifts a tonne on one strand.

The UNICRAFT K 251 AL is a manual aluminium chain hoist rated at 0.25 t over a 3 m stroke, built in a high-strength aluminium housing that holds the whole hoist to 3 kg. The rotating load and suspension hooks are alloy steel with safety locks, a double ratchet makes holding a load dependable, and a 360 degree hand chain guide lets it be worked from any angle at 87 x 91 x 240 mm. Three kilograms on a 3 m lift is what makes this one a hoist you take up a ladder.

Two kilograms of hoist is what makes this one a toolbox item rather than a workshop fixture.

It doubles the capacity of the smaller body for one kilogram more.

Centric suspension of the pulley block stops the load wandering sideways, ball bearings keep it rolling by hand, it follows a curve radius down to 1 m, and tilt protection is standard at 40 kg. Five tonnes needs a 90 mm minimum flange, the narrowest beam this size will sit on.

It runs on I-beams to DIN 1025-1 over a flange width of 74 – 220 mm set by an eye beam with a mating thread, centric suspension keeps the load from wandering sideways, it follows a curve radius down to 1.2 m, and tilt protection is standard at 28 kg. Its 1.2 m curve radius is the widest of the geared range, which a tight bend will not allow.

The UNICRAFT TF 6 is a transport chassis rated at 6 t on 8 rollers of 85 x 90 mm, carrying double pivoting support plates and a drawbar so a load can be steered round a bend rather than only pushed straight. The contact surface is 220 x 400 mm with an anti-slip rubber coating, and the chassis measures 640 x 534 x 115 mm without the drawbar at 50 kg. Doubling the support plates is what lets a 400 mm long contact face carry six tonnes.

The UNICRAFT TF 3 is a transport chassis rated at 3 t on 4 rollers of 85 x 90 mm, carrying a single pivoting support plate and a drawbar so a load can be steered round a bend rather than only pushed straight. The contact surface is 185 x 150 mm with an anti-slip rubber coating, and the chassis measures 295 x 230 x 104 mm without the drawbar at 15 kg. At 15 kg it is the one size of the three carried in one hand.

The UNICRAFT VTR 12 is a pair of adjustable transport rollers rated at 12 t across the set, on 6 ball-bearing nylon rollers per block with a non-slip rubber top face. Two steel rods set the span anywhere from 720 mm to 1500 mm, so the pair is matched to the load rather than the other way round; each block measures 420 x 268 x 110 mm at 38 kg. Twelve tonnes is the top of the transport-roller range, on six rollers a block.

The UNICRAFT TR 20 is a transport roller set rated at 20 t, carrying a load 108 mm off the floor on rollers of only 18 mm diameter. Two turntables give a twenty-tonne load a 3 m turning circle, the separate steering and running gear assemble on site without a fitter, and the whole 50 kg set travels in its own metal box with a drawbar. It is built for short moves rather than for running a load across a site.

The UNICRAFT ESW 500 is an electric wire rope hoist rated at 250 kg on the direct line and 500 kg reeved through its idler pulley, which doubles the force and halves the travel: 30 m direct or 15 m through the pulley, at 8 m/min and 4 m/min respectively. A 1 kW motor runs it from a 230 V socket, a cable guide pulley lays the 4 mm rope evenly, and a quick-release coupling puts it to work without assembly. It is the lighter of the two on a 4 mm cable, for the loads a one-kilowatt motor will hold.

An adjustable slip clutch protects it against overload, the housing is IP 54, and it is worked by hand crank or over the wired remote at 11 kg. It is the faster of the pair at 1.82 m/min, and the one supplied with a pulley block.

The UNICRAFT TF 12 is a transport chassis rated at 12 t on 8 rollers of 83 x 95 mm, carrying double pivoting support plates and a drawbar so a load can be steered round a bend rather than only pushed straight. The contact surface is 220 x 400 mm with an anti-slip rubber coating, and the chassis measures 640 x 566 x 115 mm without the drawbar at 66 kg. Wider rollers at 95 mm are what carry twelve tonnes on the same eight-roller layout.
